⏰ Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to report any issues and initiate a return.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Have been received within the last 7 days
  • Be in its original condition (unused, not damaged by the customer)
  • Be in its original packaging if possible
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

❌ Non-returnable Products

  • Products used or damaged by the customer
  • Opened personal hygiene products
  • Promotional products unless there is a manufacturing defect

🔄 Return Procedure

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or via our contact form within 7 days of receipt
  2. Describe the problem and send photos if necessary
  3. Our team will confirm the processing and return arrangements
  4. The product will be collected by our delivery person or dropped off at our collection point

💰 Refund or Exchange

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will offer you:

  • An exchange for an identical or similar product
  • A store credit usable on your next order
  • A refund according to the agreed terms

Your return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of the product.

📦 Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We will cover the return and replacement at no additional cost.
