⏰ Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to report any issues and initiate a return.
✅ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Have been received within the last 7 days
- Be in its original condition (unused, not damaged by the customer)
- Be in its original packaging if possible
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
❌ Non-returnable Products
- Products used or damaged by the customer
- Opened personal hygiene products
- Promotional products unless there is a manufacturing defect
🔄 Return Procedure
- Contact us on WhatsApp or via our contact form within 7 days of receipt
- Describe the problem and send photos if necessary
- Our team will confirm the processing and return arrangements
- The product will be collected by our delivery person or dropped off at our collection point
💰 Refund or Exchange
After receiving and checking the returned product, we will offer you:
- An exchange for an identical or similar product
- A store credit usable on your next order
- A refund according to the agreed terms
Your return will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of the product.
📦 Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We will cover the return and replacement at no additional cost.
