The fastest way to track your order is to contact us directly on WhatsApp with your order number.

Please provide us with:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• Your phone number used when placing the order

1. 🟡 Order received — Your order is registered
2. 🟠 Confirmation — Our team calls you to confirm
3. 🔵 In preparation — Your package is being prepared
4. 🟣 Out for delivery — The delivery person is on the way
5. 🟢 Delivered — You receive your package and pay upon delivery

⏰ Delivery Times

Our usual delivery times are 2 to 5 business days depending on your area. In case of delay, we will contact you immediately.
