Modernlife Store is an online store offering products delivered with cash on delivery payment. By placing an order on our site, you accept these general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Orders

Any order placed on our site is firm and final after confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stockout or incorrect information. An agent will contact you by phone to confirm your order before shipping.

3. Prices

Prices displayed are in CFA Francs (XOF) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery costs are indicated separately during the order.

4. Payment

We only accept cash on delivery payment. Payment is made upon receipt of your package, directly to the delivery person. No online payment is required.

5. Delivery

We deliver within our coverage area. Delivery times are 2 to 5 working days depending on your location. A confirmation call will be made before any shipment. In case of absence during delivery, a new appointment will be scheduled.

6. Returns and Exchanges

You have 7 days from receipt to return a non-compliant or damaged product. The product must be in its original condition. Consult our return policy for more details.

7. Warranty

All our products benefit from a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

8. Customer Service

Our customer service is available on WhatsApp from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 8 pm. We commit to responding to all your requests as soon as possible.
